Frequently Asked Questions

Do you offer free samples?: 

Yes, we do! Orders under $10 USD receive one free sample; larger orders receive 2+. We will do our best to honor any requests if there's a color you really want to try.

Where does this store ship from?

We are currently located in Oregon, USA.

Do you accept international orders?

We ship worldwide! Most international orders take between 2-4 weeks to be delivered after they are shipped.

Why isn't my tracking working? 

Please allow up to 1 full business day after receiving the tracking information for it to update on the USPS website. Tracking to some countries may stop updating after the shipment has left the US, but should at least confirm receipt by the post office and arrival at an international shipping hub. If you are having other problems with tracking, please feel free to contact us!

How can I pay?

Hello Waffle uses PayPal as our payment processor, so we can accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover (you don't need to make an account to check out). Or, you can pay using your PayPal balance.

Order Processing:  

As all products are handmade, please allow up to 10 business days for a shipping notification.

Shipping: 

Orders ship from the United States via USPS First Class and First Class International. All orders have tracking provided by default.

We offer flat rate shipping with the following rates (USD):
United States: $3.00
Canada: $5.00
International: $12.50

Estimated Shipping Times:

United States: 2-5 business days
Canada: 5-15 business days 
International: 5-20 business days

Shipping Upgrades:  

For especially urgent orders, please contact us immediately at sales@hellowafflecosmetics.com to inquire about Priority or overnight shipping. We will be happy to provide quotes for expedited shipping from UPS and FedEx by request.

Refunds: 

We encourage you to take advantage of our sample sizes if you are unsure of a color, especially as color appearance on the website is subject to monitor variations. If items arrive damaged or significantly not as described then we will be happy to reimburse you, please contact us for refund/replacement options.
